I am a 70-year-old white male, 5-feet-8 1/2, 227 pounds, who resides at 5,700-feet elevation in a Denver suburb. My simultaneous symptoms which occur daily include Parkinson s; Type 2 diabetes; neuropathy; tennis elbow and related arthritic shoulder points; minor hacking cough; runny nose mostly only in right nostril; nausea; and dry- heaving and occasional actual vomiting output. I ingest a cocktail of 11 different meds, plus two forms of injectable insulin, and vitamins and supplements each day. I m a non-smoker and very infrequent drinker. Because I have a percentage of service-related disabilities as a Vietnam Era Army veteran, I am a VA patient, but have yet to have been provided by any individual VA health-care provider with a single, definitive explanation for this combination of symptoms, which occur at different hours daily. Any idea of additional advice? Thanks.
