General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to sinusitis.
Sinusitis causes symptoms such as sinus inflammation and nasal congestion, which can interfere with a person's sense of smell. The condition can also cause bad breath and a discolored, bad-smelling discharge in the nose and back of the throat and cough with mucus.
I suggest to do a sinus xray for further evaluation.
I also suggest to use Acetaminophen to relieve the headache.
If the sinusitis is confirmed, antibiotics may be needed.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
