What Causes Cough,eye And Ear Pain With Low Grade Fever?

Longstanding malaise, cough, eye pain eyebrow pain. Earaches sore throat sore glands can t breathe also wheezing, pain when i move my eyes, low grade fever cheek hurts all the way down to teeth and pain radiates as well over ear to back of head on right side if this is a sinus infection as i also have had green blood spotted mucous draining blowing out after netti pot severe eye pain and facial started tonite after 3 days on Nystatin

As mentioned in your narrative it is clear that you are suffering from throat infection along with some sort of upper respiratory tract infection. For this you can take tab cefixime 200 mg or tab cefadroxyl 500 mg twice daily after meals with tab azithromycin 500 mg once daily after meals for 3 days with tab dan-mr or tab osteonac-th twice daily after meals for fever and malaise with cap omez 0r cap pantop twice daily before taking meals. For cough & wheezing you just take syrup bro-zedex or syrup grilinctus-bm 2 tsf three times daily after meals. In addition to that you have to do salt water gargles as well as steam inhalation as it is quite helpful in case of sore throat to relieve congestion and to give soothing effect.
