What Causes Coughing Up Of Bleed And Excessive Sleepiness?

hello, my boyfriend was at friends house last weekend. He has been feeling really weird since being over there. He believes he might have been slipped something. He has been coughing up blood, not excessive amounts, but still blood. He has been sleeping a lot more. More then normal. Its hard to stay up. He had a swollen tongue a day after being at his friends house. His stomach aches bad. He can eat but does not want to stay up to make food. so too tired to stay up. but sleeps all day. Around his eyes are getting dark he looks flushed and pale.

First of all I would like to suggest that get him to emergency hospital.Since blood from mouth and lethargy could be due to something internally in body (gastrointestinal tract) or lungs. Also lethargy and excessive sleeping could be indirectly due to chemical changes in brain.I would also like to share sometime excessive drinking alcohol can also cause these symptoms.But first he needs to be get checked thoroughly in hospital.
