What Causes Cracking And Grinding Noise In Neck On Movement?
Hi - my neck made a horrible grinding sound the other night (not like the usual crackle and pops) and now feels like it will go out of place if I turn my head too far or the wrong way - I can hardly turn it to the left and it is worse tipping my head backwards or forwards .
