What Causes Cracking And Popping In Shoulder While Rotating It?
i injured my left shoulder at work i went to the hospital and they did an x-ray and said that i just banged it and to ice it down. now 3 days later my shoulder pops and cracks when i rotate it sometimes sending a twinge down the back of my arm shoulder feels week and tired when i use it
