What Causes Cracking Sound While Breathing?

my baby born 25ays before. rs found out ectopic heart beat but n treatment given.is it ok?

baby's breathing is fast and make noise while breathing sometime.y is it?

also sometime baby is having cracking sound. is it normal?

baby's weight on birth was 3.5kg. now 4kg

Hi...By what you quote I feel it could be a congenital airway anomaly which means the airway will be more pliant and it will get better as the baby grows up. Sometimes it may take 6 months to 1.5 years, but it will get better. Regarding ectopic beat treatment I will need more information.
