General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The cracking sound appears to come from tendons or muscles moving over the joints. I suggest you to use Glucosamine, green tea and omega 3. Glucosamine helps keep the cartilage in joints healthy and may have an anti-inflammatory effect.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
