What Causes Cracks ,swelling And Imbalance In Foot?
My foot slipped off my top step and bent sideways. As soon as it bent sideways I heard three cracks. It has been 4 days and my calf, the inner and outer ankle is black n blue and also the top of my foot. The whole foot is swollen and I am still not able to bare weight. What could have happened
