What Causes Cramp, Back Pain, Diarrhea, Dizziness And Sneezing?

Hi, In the last week of April I had dry sex, but in May I did have my period for 4 days, but this month I was expecting my period to come, & it didn t but I havent done anything sexual since then but i have been cramping a lot lately, my back hurts sometimes, I ve had diarrhea, I feel sick, when I get up I feel dizzy, I m sneezing a lot, I m super worried I may be pregnant, could stress be it? In the ending of April & the month of may I was really depressed too, help?

Hi,
Since u have a delayed periods get a pregnancy test done.. May be stress can also cause delayed periods. Ur symptoms are more in favour of a viral infection than a pregnancy
