What Causes Cramp In My Leg And Blotchy Rash On My Arm Post Anal Sex?

Hello. I had unprotected anal sex with another man 45 hours ago. After waking up, seven hours later, I noticed a cramp in my left leg and blotchy rash on my left arm. I am in Thailand, so assumed the blotchiness was my usual reaction to a mosquito bite. However, this afternoon, 37 hours after the incident, I began PEP.

also undergo a proper hiv screening.your current symptoms are unlikely to be of hiv as hiv takes 6-8 weeks to manifest it's first symptom.
