Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem have to be differentiated whether it is internal haemorhoids or inflammatory bowel disease. Haemorhoids can be ruled out by digital examination by your doctor. In such case intake of fibres or lactulose at night might give relief.Proctosedyl or diltiazem gel can be applied locally also.If it is inflammatory bowel disease a sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy will be needed.Corticosteroids and mesalazine i usally used to treat my patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
