What Causes Cramping After And While Passing Stools?

I'm 22 yrs old, 67 inches, 140 lbs, with no medical problems in the past. Since last Saturday I have been having problems with going poop. I seem to be having pain, like cramping, after I get done going poop and also it hasn't been normal when I do go (very small amounts and in tiny pieces). Is it something to be concerned with or not?

This might be a case of fissure in ano.
U need to take laxatives, sitz bath, and local ointments containing Lignocaine.
Dietary modification is also advised.
