What Causes Cramping And Bleeding While Passing Stools With Lump?

hi i recently have been unable to pass my stools severe cramping and sweating and tonight i notice a big lump on the left side of the wall to my bottom it does hurt to open my bowels and ive also had some light bleeding when passing my stools and severe vomiting and bloating to the stomach area and pain in my lower pelvic area
