What Causes Cramping And Bumps On Butt?

This month I have had three occasions where I have cramping and then bumps appear on my butt. I just had my gallbladder removed so I've had some issues with bowels and digestion. The bumps don't really look like blisters but are grouped together in the same spot in each of the three cases. What's going on?

Certain possibilities are there as long as the given symptoms are concerned like it could be insects bite, it could be herpes, and infective boils. Ideally such needed or demands the clinical observation, it may be abscess formation too, other given history may not be related with that, just wait and watch, but in case of abscess you will have to see the doctor.
