What Causes Cramping And Sickness In Stomach?

Every time I go out the house I start to feel lyk I need to do a poo my stomach start cramping really sore I start 2 feel sick and start to panic and get all hot I end up comeing home from where I am because of it.... I have neva been lyk this and it is so annoying
