Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. During sexual intercourse, the hormone oxytocin is released. This is the hormone that is responsible for the contraction of the uterus and hence could also be the cause of the pain. You can try uterine anti-spasmodic like dicyclomine along with mefenamic acid for better relief. Buscopan also can be taken. This is observed in many individuals and is quite a common phenomenon. If you find this unbearable, please see a specialist for help. Hope your query has been clarified. Take care.
