What Causes Cramping In Stomach And Black Tongue?

Good morning I started experiencing really really bad cramping around 6:30 PM yesterday I began vomiting and making bowel movements between that time and 11:30 PM yesterday I woke up this morning still having a cramping feeling not as bad as yesterday but still bad and I have black tongue or rather I had black tongue this morning when I woke up to brush my teeth

Black tongue may be due to dark color fruits intake of glossitis or iron deficiency anemia or hematoma or hairy leukoplakia etc. Indigestion or git problems may present like this. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
