I have been having a little bit of cramping today like period cramping and when I used the bathroom earlier there were little stringy thing in my poop. It didn t look like they were moving. Then when I went pee a couple mins ago there were some brownish colored stringy things in my urine. The color was almost like old blood. What could this be?

Those may be rbc casts formed from bleeding.. Get a usg kub done and urine routine and microscopy done to know what are they and are kindey some how involved or not... You can also get your stool test done for the same... If it's blood in both of them you probably hv some coagulation disorder.. Either you may be taking some antiplatelet medicine like aspirin etc or some other internal factor is causing your bleeding..
