What Causes Cramp,nausea And Dizziness With Hot Flash?
I woke up cramping extremely bad... could have just been gas I'm not really sure? But, I thought trying to use the restroom would help so I went straight to the bathroom. Then I get a huge wave of nausea, so I stand up to throw up, I get extremely dizzy and have a hot flash so I sit back down. I started having cold sweats, and threw up a very small amount. I feel fine now, the cramps subsided, and everything else went away almost immediately. I have NEVER experienced this before.... I can only come up with a couple explanations; food poisoning? or possible morning sickness?

morning sickness can also cause this and u need to tell if u have eaten anything bad... get ur serum bhcg levels done to exclude pregnancy. whts ur LMP(last menstrual period date)?... after excluding pregnancy we can dig out further causes. no need of any treatment uptil now
