What Causes Cramps And Acidity?

i have strong labor like pain or cramps but i am not prgnant and its more in the rear, its hard to move worse to sit, like sitting on a sharp long stick with nails shooting out of all sides tearing me up inside, also feels like a lot of gas pressure but nothing happens to release it

I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms are given here could be due to colicky pain and it can be biliary colic, intestinal colic, renal colic, and the most common is nonspecific colic that is due to dyspepsia, I would suggest to try, Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen as per needed and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
