What Causes Cramps And Pain In Anus?
I had anal sex but now (2 days later) I m having constant cramps and pains every time I sit down. I get frequent urges to poop but I can t because it hurts when I try barely squeezing! Is there any way to alleviate the pain and have normal bowel movements again!!!?

There can be dilatation, tear of the skin and mucosa, laxity or spasm of the muscles on anal sex, hence you are getting the symptoms of constant cramps, pains on sitting down, frequent urges to poop and pain on straining.
I would advise in such a condition the following:
Sitz bath three times a day.
A short 5 day course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and an anti-inflammatory medicines will help you to get a cure.
