Hello, I am 67 years old, married and retired. My husband is also retired. We have 2 grown children and a dog. We also each have several close friends and family in our same town. One of our children lives in our same town, and the other lives in Arkansas. Over the last few months I have been noticing some changes in the way I feel physically and I am wondering what is causing these changes. I could attribute some of it to aging, and allergies, but the whole thing has really developed mostly in the last 12-18months. Many of the following symptoms I have are sporadic: cramping in hands cramping in feet stiffness in feet back pain and stiffness fingertips and fingers sometimes painful when I use them to open cabinet knobs or buttons on stove sharp quick pain in ear-comes and goes very quickly tenderness of certain spots on arms quick pain in shin-every once in a while also some times in outside of thighs I get colder much quicker than a few years ago. I can t work around the house for hours at a time anymore. I have difficulty getting comfortable in a really nice bed (super nice mattress) sporadically, My hips very stiff at times I am allergic to ragweed, mold, grass and dust mites. I had the worst allergy season this fall. I am taking shots for my allergies. I live in Missouri. I have had two episodes of major clinical depression in the last 33 years. I have done really well since my last one in 1999. I take Zoloft and it has worked very well. I mention this because most recently I have had some anxiety due to not being able to get outside often. The bottoms of my feet have become more tender over the last 3-4 months. I usually walk with my husband and dog, but it is uncomfortable to go for more than 2-3 laps. In general my energy level is not what it used to be even 6 months ago. I would appreciate your opinion. Thanks very much, Carol
