What Causes Cramps, Bloating When Having Acid Reflux?

Hello, I am 49 years old and have acid reflux. I take prilosec daily. I m am also due to have my period sometime next week. I have had cramps all day and do feel bloated however I can t tell if my cramps are from an impending period or something digestive.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to bloating.

I recommend using Simethicone medication.

I also recommend using Buscopan to relieve the cramps.
