What Causes Cramps, Nausea And Vomiting?

I missed my period last Monday and have a positive test. I have been having dull, achy pains in my upper and lower back. Also, I have dull achy cramps that feel like period cramps along with nausea and vomiting. Are the pains normal. I am guessing I am about 4 weeks. First appt is in 2 weeks

in my opinion this could be the symptoms to pregnancy assoccaited morning sickness

You can take tab doxinate for nausea and vomiting
have tab folic acid with other multivitamin
have fresh fruits and we'll balanced diet
