Thank you for your question

I am unsure of why you are having a creaking sound in your head

Followup up questions:
1. Have you have any headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, foggy thinking, etc? These are all symptoms of a concussion and the sounds you are hearing could be related to your concussion

In my opinion I don't think you have anything that is serious or life threatening

I would advise that you see a doctor so they can complete a full exam and make sure they don't think any further testing is needed

Hope this helps,

Dr Dupy
