What Causes Dark And Frequent Urination?

Hello, my name is Annette, I have very frequent urination (urgency even when I should not have to go), it is concentrated, a dark yellow color, and smells just awful(bad enough to cause my family members to open a window, refuse to use other facilities in the same bathroom (besides the toilet that I am of course using at the time). I have been tested for bladder, kidney, and recently had a full barrage of testing for STDs/Veneral Diseases-All tests said I have nothing wrong. An example of my frequent need to urinate: One day I woke 1/2 hour before my alarm @ 6:00a.m. and went pee 2 times before my 6am alarm went off. That day between the time I awoke early and 9:00am, I went pee a total of 7 times and each and every time I urinated a COMPLETE full bladder...as if I had not gone at all.,Also, that morning I had nothing to drink except half a 16 bottle of water to take with my medications What do you think, Doctor?
