What Causes Dark Brown Watery Diarrhea?

Hi, I have IBS, but I have had it for the past 20 yrs or so, and its not as bad. Recently I have been getting dark brown watery diahrrea, the problems actually started a few months ago when I drank a liquid yogurt. Do I have a bacteria problem? I am 43 yrs old, female.

You have irritable bowel syndrom and right now problem of diarrhea that may be because of bacteria or viral or parasitic infection.
Complete blood cell count and microscopic examination is helpful.
Stool examination test is helpful to detect any infection present or not..
