What Causes Dark Bruise On The Stomach?

Hi, I have a very VERY dark bruise on my stomach that doesn t hurt at all. I am diabetic and sometimes bruise easily, but I honestly can t remember bumping into anything that should cause that bad and dark of a bruise. It is what I feel to be an uncharacteristic bruise and it s large. Wondering what you think.

I would recommend you to get your complete blood count, bleeding and clotting time and coagulation profile to rule out any underlying cause.
