What Causes Dark Colored Stool?

I AM GOING A DAY 4 TO 5 TIMES NORMAL MOTION AND 5th time the motion is dark then it gets more dark . I am 27 years,148cm height ,58kg,i am sinus patient, for 1 month daily ihad a problem of this ,when i take lassi,ors,only ricewith curd not any other ,iam afraid to eat other thigs.
