What Causes Dark Yellow Urine And Pain During Urination?

For past few days. When I pass urine the last drops hurt alot. I almost cry every time. I feel a very discomfort down below. Feels like I need to pee all the time and when I do pass urine it s not very much. My pee is a dark yellow. It does not have a smell. What is wrong? And how can I fix it without a doctor .?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have urinary tract infection.
You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. But it is prescription based medicine so you should consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
