What Causes Decrease In Mouth And Lip Size?

I don't understand why my lips are shrinking and why i can't open my mouth bigger like it used to? pls help me out. I used to have a normal size of lips but, now, i have extra smaller lips compared to probably 3 years ago. Also, i don't know why i can't open up my mouth bigger, not even a grape size. my bite size has been getting smaller and smaller for the past year... pls, what's wrong with me?
