1. Pregnancy- (any major illnesses as for ex-diabetes or hypertension or any viral infections during that period):- No Major Illness except Delayed Pregnancy High Blood Pressure during Delivery.
2. Delivery-(Normal or Caesarian, Full term or Premature, birth injuries if any due to forceps delivery):- Full Term with Caesarian Operation no Birth Injuries
3. Birth cry: (Immediate or Delayed): Immediate
B.Milestones:
1. Normal or Delayed: -Delayed Milestone
2. Crawling: - No Crawling
3. Sitting: - Yes but sits when we make him sit does not sits of his own sometimes falls and generally as seen sits from 30 to 45 minutes

In my opinion you should get him evaluated by a paediatric neurologist for the exact diagnosis.
