My age is 27 , weight 53 kgs, No medical history , Height -5 ft 3 in
I have shifted the country on July 1 , Got my last period on 2nd July. Haven't got my period yet ? My normal cycle is 35days. I am suffering from too many pimples on my face now , blaoting of stomach & pain in head and sometimew whole body

So changes in menstrual cycles after shifting country are usual. You can wait for 10 days for menstruation after your expected date. If they do not come in 10 days and if you are surely not pregnant (check with home pregnancy test), then you should visit a gynecologist to rule out other reasons like PCOS, premature ovarian failure, thyroid dysfunction, lifestyle changes etc.
You might need to go for blood tests and ultrasonography to rule out these possibilities. Based on the results, the gynecologist will start the treatment. Acne and bloated stomach are related to irregular menstruation and will go away on achieving regular cycles.
