Hello,

The normal menstrual cycle is between 21 and 35 days. Your cycle is irregular. A few causes of irregular periods are uterine fibroid, endometriosis, thyroid disorders, pituitary disorders, polycystic ovarian disease, excessive exercise or stress. Consult a gynecologist for thorough clinical examination and ultrasound scan of lower abdomen if needed. It's not normal to get periods once every 43 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
