I had a tubal litigation a year ago when I had my c section. One of my tubes got infected and they had to remove a portion. Ever since my periods have been regular and on time except this month. I am going on 6 days of my period being late and with mild sporadic cramping. What could be the cause

Hello,
If only one of your tubes was ligated and other is working normally there is a great probability of being pregnant. You can take a pregnancy home test at least 5days of delayed period.
You can still be pregnant with one tube.
