What Causes Delay In Periods Despite Taking Duphaston?

Hello doc, I m having pcos. With irregular periods. My last periods was Mar 17th. After getting negative pregnancy tests. Went to doc. She prescribed duphoston for 5 days twice a day. Tablets stopped by 7th May.. still I didn t get the periods. Usually after stopping duphoston I used to get on 5th day exactly.. this s the first time I late.. before taking duphoston I have taken 5 urine pregnancy test, 2 blood pregnancy test and one ultrasound all was negative..Can u please help me out of this..

Normally, one tablet is stopped within 5 to 10 days, periods will come, wait for 5 more days.
