What Causes Delay In Periods , Tingling Sensation In The Breast And Nausea?

Hi I m 9 days late for my period, I have pcos but my periods have been regular for the last couple of years. I have had a tingle sensation in my breast for about 5 days on and off throughout the day, was feeling nausea but nothing came up, had a couple of headaches, had some light cramping but wasn t by normal cramping I get just before a period. took a pregnancy test 3 days ago came up negative but went to doctors and they sent me for blood test. Finding out results tomorrow. I feel as if I m pregnant but I feel as if I m not. Around my ribs area it s aching. I would just like to know thoughts? Thank-you.
