What Causes Delay In Periods While On Green Pills Of Mononessa?

Yes I have been on mononessa the birth control an I m on my third day of the inner green pills and when I got it as I understood I would receive my period the day I began the inner ring of pills but I haven t yet and I have taken pregnancy tests wich came out negative should I be worried

Hi,

Slight menstrual irregularities including delayed periods and prolonged bleeding can happen with birth control pills especially on the initial days of usage.

Generally, it will settle by itself. If symptoms persist, you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
