What Causes Delay In Periods With Period Symptoms And No Bleeding?

I took plan B once a month in June, July and August. My period came a week late in September and it hasnt come in october yet and its already more than a week late. I took one pregnancy test 2 days ago and it said im not pregnant, and ill take another one tomorow in the morning. I had discharge and I broke out, which are my monthly signs that my period is coming. But it never did. Can anyone save me a trip to the doctors office?

Hi,

Delay in periods may be because of pregnancy or due to hormonal imbalance. Serum beta HCG blood test will be more accurate to confirm pregnancy than urine pregnancy test.
