What Causes Delay In Periods?

from last 2 month my period r late im 45 yrs before i used to get 5 to 6 days before but not any more due to delay i feel fullness n leg pain can i take meprate now to grt last i got my periods on 26 i hv to out so now it is proper time i should to get it

delay in periods can be due to stress,pcod,hormonal imbalance,overweight...ya u can wait for 3 days n den take meorate after consulting your gynecologist..
