What Causes Delayed Menstruation And Negative Pregnancy Test?

Hello I just want to ask you one thing I am late with my period and did so many home pregnancy tests all showing negative .i am also not having any symptoms related to pregnancy or period just having slight cramps . I am very confused what should I do

Kindly acknowledge me with how much late is your period

I am asking this because up to seven days of delayed period pregnancy test in urine might negative

If after seven to 10 days test negative than pregnancy unlikely

Rule out diabetes and thyroid problem by RBS and serum TSH investigation for delayed period

Pelvic examination also should be done here along with USG to rule out ovarian or other cause of present

According to cause specific treatment given

If needed Hormonal profile checked for final work up

Avoid stress, prolonged fasting, excess exercise etc

Take care

Consult gynecologist with keeping all this in mind
