What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Constipation And Stomach Rumble?
I have been having a hard time pooping, I'm late on my period almost 3 weeks and if I put a lot of pressure on my abdominal area it hurts, I can kinda hear like growling in my stomach area but don't know what it means, haven't had any other symptoms of early pregnancy what may it be?

Hi,
Pregnancy is the main cause of delayed period in a sexually active woman. So I think you may be pregnant and you should do a pregnancy home test since you are more than 5 days late. Constipation comes most probably by elevated progesterone levels.
