Anyways im like 50 lbs over weight and have started having fluttering in my pelvis area and waking up with headaches. I dont think im preg but now im not so sure. I havent took a preg test since june. My navel got dark like a scab is over it but i cant possibly peel off. What is wrong with me?
Since your periods are delayed and if you were not on proper contraception, you are suggested to get urine or blood test for pregnancy done. You can get clinically examined by a gynae. Get confirmed so that treatment can be started at the earliest. Headaches can be due to dehydration, low blood glucose, low blood pressure , vision problems, stress, lack of sleep, etc. Stay well hydrated, take home made nutritious food, avoid stress & take adequate sleep. Avoid addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
