What Causes Delayed Periods While Suffering From Adenomyosis?

I m a 37 yr old woman with adneomyosis . I have always had regular periods 27 day cycles with heavy bleeding. I have had 5 pregnancies, 3 vaginal births, got tubes tied, then got pregnant again, had an abortion, then got pregnant again and had a miscarriage. Now my period is late by 10 days but negative pregnancy test. Should I see my gyn?
