What Causes Delayed Periods With Symptoms Of Lower Abdomen Pain And Sore Breasts?

Hi, I d my periods on the 5th March, and on 9th I d unprotected sex with my partner. I took Levonelle (Plan B) within a 12 hour period. On the 15th of March, I d a three period/ withdrawal bleeding(slightly lighter than usual). Now it s the 12th of April and I still haven t had my normal period. I did get a few PMS symptoms in the last week like lower abdomen pain, slightly sore breasts (this one only for the last 3 days) and now I don t even have that. I am worried as hell. Please help?

OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Sometimes OPC’s May cause these symptoms, there’s nothing to worry about, still, I suggest you go for a USG pelvis and TFT to be more clear about your symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
