What Causes Dermatofibroma After Recovering From A Stroke?

I have been very tired, had a silent stroke in May 2015, started with fever, sweats and very bad migraine while driving, affected my periphrial vision. Impetigo, continued, fever, shakes, chills. Then dermatofibroma, swollen lymph underarm ( twice in 3 months) no pain just itches, no discoloration and is soft.

Hi.
As per your case history of dermatofibroma, my treatment advice is -
1. It is not related to stroke. So don't worry.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Only curative treatment is excision under local anesthesia done by a dermato-surgeon.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
MBBS, DDVL.
