Well come to HCM Thank for asking, I really appreciate your concern, alcohol may not cause the diarrhea it self unless it is the condition patient have (Pre existing intestinal pathologies ) otherwise alcohol alone may not cause the diarrhea, if you are having such symptom then it may be due to dyspepsia, although passing of the stool three to four time in day could be normal one and it is not the disease condition, if the symptoms long last the you can try Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days else it is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
