What Causes Diarrhea After Hurting Lower Back?

Hi I am a 50 yr old man or 50 yr yong looks better. I was moving big rocks and hurt my lower back last week. The back pain moved down into my grion then my upper right leg. Now its starting to go away and i get water like diarrea. and feel like my stomach is a little upset. do you think this is all from by back trauma
