What Causes Diarrhea Along With Blood In Stool And Stomach Ache?

Hi, I really dont want to go to the dr and want to see if there is i way to treat my symptoms at home or just get antibiotics. I believe I have an intestinal infection, I have had them twice before. Symptoms include diarrhea (10+ times a day, liquid), blood in/on stool, sore butthole, crazy stomach cramps, fatigue. I really just dont want to deal with the testing to diagnose this (pooping in bowel and then digging in to fill up 3 viles). Is there anyway to diagnosis this without me having to carry around my crap?

Hello,

You have most probably bacillary dysentery. To a patient with these symptoms, I usually prescribe a combination of ciprofloxacin and tinidazole twice daily with an antispasmodic combination with paracetamol twice daily for 5-7 days.

You should always keep a constant check on your dehydration and loss of essential minerals. Take an oral rehydration powder with water frequently and take the bland diet.
